SHRM Value Highlight: Leadership & Mentoring

Knowledge Is Best Shared!

Leadership development is the process which helps expand the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations. Let's discuss the execution of an organization's strategy through building alignment, winning mindshare and growing the capabilities of others.

Leadership mentoring enables mentees to see what great leadership looks like, as the mentor is technically leading them; using soft leadership skills to effectively communicate; leadership skills to encourage them and drive them forward; and hard leadership skills to hold them accountability for real progress.

Understand the process in improving the leadership skills of your managers, enhancing workforce engagement, and developing positive employee relations is key.

Let's discuss best practices and the solutions.

Join us as we discuss this important topic around Leadership & Mentoring
